About
Welcome to the blog from Tesar-Reynes, recruiters for integrated marketing and communications management.
We are a store that sells marketing communications people. We started this blog in the summer of 2008 with the hopes of sharing our over 100 years of combined experience in recruiting with you.
Our search firm, the largest of its kind, began in 1982, before computers were around it seems. We recognized the need to add a young voice to our blog, so we recruited a young marketing professional, Roland, to contribute blog posts with us.
What has developed is an interesting dialogue on the marketing communications field from an old-school and new-school perspective. In addition to discussions on marketing, we share tips on helping you advance your career in integrated marketing communications.
Here are a few more facts about us:
- We maintain a database of over 20,000 proven professionals, the vast majority of which are at the mid-to-senior level management level.
- Over 80% of our placed candidates stay with their firm for at least three years.
- We’ve survived 2 recessions and can promise you, we’re all going to make it through this one.
We invite your comments and suggestions.
